EMOTE FORCE

Dave's mind is on the edge of mental breakdown due to the devious "DEPRESSO" who has overrun Dave's emotion center. Dave's Amygdala, John, has been tasked to put a stop to Depresso and keep Dave's mental health from reaching total destruction in this top down shooter!

This is an entry for VIM JAM 2!

This is my first game jam entry (and as well as one of the first games I've ever made).

There is a lot unfinished, but there is at least some what of a playable game here. I was debating on whether or not to submit, but I figured that I could use this as a first milestone in my journey as a game developer. It will be fun to see how far I've come even 6 months from now. Hope you like what little is here. Feel free to leave criticism, but I am aware of the many things this game still needs (entire art assets, bigger enemy variety, hazards, actual cut scenes, transitions, shaders, finalized music/audio,etc.) I learned a lot here and am excited to see where I go from here.
